Hanshi Molding Shape Co., Ltd is found in July 2001, it
is a Sino-Japan joint venture company. As a joint of intelligence
and management, We are quite capable to design & manufacture
plastic moulds, gauge & plastic parts. The company
invested 5 million USD on facilities and building which
for a total factory area of 30000M2 include 15000M2 of
workshop building area. Another
advantage is that we have 22 sets of injection machine,
which vary from 80 to 2000 ton, 4 sets CNC machine etc.
Our annual income is about 6 million USD.
Guiding
by the ideal of "always be the best", HAN
develop very fast especially on the technical skill
and produce capability. HAN's annual molds output is
more than 500 sets, plastic parts production is about
4000 Ton per year, series of injection products include
inner and outer decorative parts for automotive; fitting
of motorcycle and electron, such as instrument panel
assembly, sundries chest assembly, seat parts, bumper
components and static flocking; parts for garden and
house wiring also have been taken shape. The sales of
automotive parts has occupy 60% of all, matched with
SVW, SGM, Chery (Wuhu), Hyundai (Beijing), Ford (Chongqing),
Nissan, include after molding decorations such as fiber
cover, painting, printing, welding etc.
The
only reason why HAN can exist is to create more value
for our customer! Han keeps the management theory of

great deal of person with ability in this field and

from Japan, France, Germany, Korea and so on. With our

We have gained QS9000/ISO-9002 certificate on September 2003. We have got
ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system authentication on May 2007, have right
quality guarantee system.
